With more than 50 years of expertise in insulation processes, Delom Services uses proven winding techniques to increase unit efficiency and durability. Winding quality depends on four key factors: electrical insulation, mechanical strength, heat dissipation and protection against contamination. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of our clients’ factories, thorough understanding of electric motors―how they work and why they fail―and our expertise in insulation processes, we offer advanced winding methods that can be tailored to any situation.

Because we care about quality, all coils used during our works are designed and manufactured in our workshops. From the simplest coil to the most complex, including all types of insulation (VPI, Resin-Rich, Mylar), insulation classes (F, H, N) and power levels up to 13.8 kV, our 50 winders offer all of their know-how to overhaul and rewind your unit expertly.
